Every watch is original. We never sell replicas, copies or refurbished watches passed off as new.
Inspected before dispatch
Each watch is checked for timekeeping, crown and pusher function and finish before it is packed.

Presentation box, warranty card and care booklet are included.
7-day returns
If it is not right, send it back within 7 days of delivery.
How the warranty works
The warranty period is shown on every watch page (typically 12–36 months, depending on the brand and model). It covers manufacturing defects in the movement and components.
- Keep your warranty card and your order number — they are all you need to make a claim.
- Message us on WhatsApp with a short video or photos of the problem; we'll tell you the next step.
- We arrange inspection and repair or replacement through the brand's service channel.
What isn't covered
- Damage from drops, impacts or water entering a watch that was opened or had its crown left unscrewed.
- Straps, glass scratches and batteries (normal wear and tear). We're happy to replace these at a fair price.
- Watches that have been opened or repaired by an unauthorised person.
Caring for your watch
- Automatic and mechanical watches: wear daily or wind every few days to keep them running.
- Keep away from strong magnets and extreme heat.
- Rinse after sea or pool use if the watch is water resistant, and make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down.
- Have a mechanical watch serviced every 4–5 years.
