Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver to every city in Pakistan through trusted couriers (Leopards, TCS, M&P, Trax, Call Courier and BlueEX, depending on your city). Every parcel is insured and tracked.

• Delivery time: 2–4 working days for major cities, up to 6 for remote areas.
• Delivery charge: calculated from your city at checkout. Free on orders over Rs. 4,000.
• Dispatch: orders confirmed before 4 pm ship the same working day.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when your watch arrives. You're welcome to open the parcel and inspect the watch before paying. We call every customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

7-day easy returns

If you're not happy, tell us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange the watch must be unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags, papers and the warranty card.

• Wrong or damaged item: we collect it at our cost and send a replacement or refund in full.
• Change of mind: send it back within 7 days; the return courier charge is borne by the buyer.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer or cash within 3–5 working days of the watch reaching us.
