How do I place an order?
Add a watch to your cart, go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. We contact you to confirm the order before it is sent.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. You do not pay anything online.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
This depends on the courier's rules for your city. Message us before ordering if you want to confirm.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery time depends on your city and the courier; we confirm it when we confirm your order. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 4,500; otherwise the charge is calculated at checkout from your city.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery. The conditions are on the Shipping & returns page.
Are your watches original luxury-brand watches?
No. ABA STORE sells affordable fashion watches. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of any luxury watch brand, and we do not claim otherwise.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Not unless the watch page says so. If your watch arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 2 days of delivery. See About our watches.
